The villa in Lajares is a former single-family home that has been transformed into a short-term holiday rental with five guest bedrooms. Each space has been carefully adapted to suit short stays and decorated to offer both comfort and functionality.
I manage the property and all rentals comprehensively, taking care of every detail to ensure that guests feel at home during their vacation. I support clients from the moment they make a reservation until the end of their stay, and I also handle marketing and customer acquisition.
All decorative elements and furnishings have been selected to align with the house’s original character and existing decor, with every material used being natural. My focus is on harmony with nature and comfort — values enhanced by the villa’s exceptional location amidst beautiful natural surroundings.
I also prepare thoughtful surprises for guests to make their stay even more enjoyable and memorable. I aim to create a full sensory experience — through scent, taste, touch, and visuals — that stays with them long after they leave, creating lasting memories tied to this place.
Managing a house of this size, along with its surrounding garden, is no small task. I collaborate with numerous companies and professionals who help me keep the space in optimal condition — from gardeners and pool technicians to suppliers dedicated to ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction.

LOFT POP UP
Pop Up Loft was a temporary space created in response to client needs. High demand required quickly acquiring additional space for guests, including influencers who needed a ready-to-use location. The loft operated for one month, providing a unique and flexible environment.

SMALL LOFT
Mały Loft is 100 square meters of creative freedom, located at Grochowska 301–305 in Warsaw. The space I restored began its new chapter by removing a wall—exposed brick brought industrial rawness, while the open plan introduced a new rhythm. Its eclectic character is a dialogue between contemporary pieces and furniture from the 1980s and 90s, many of which I transformed—such as a mirror reimagined into a fresh form.
The atmosphere is completed by artistic accents: a statue of Mary, flowers, and a piano that serves both as décor and an invitation to make music together. I divided the interior into zones for work, relaxation, and social gatherings, ensuring each felt both functional and inspiring.
From 2021 to 2024, Mały Loft was open to people and their ideas—hosting workshops, intimate events, photo shoots, film productions, and overnight stays. A place that thrived on its community and constantly evolved with it.

BIG LOFT
I transformed a 160 m² historic loft at 301/305 Grochowska Street into a short-term rental. I designed and furnished the interior, blending historic charm with guest-friendly functionality. The loft was a challenge not only in terms of design but also management, due to frequent issues typical of such an old building. I have managed its rental since 2021, enjoying high demand.

I acquired a mini loft in 2021 and transformed it into a cozy short-term rental. I redesigned the layout and furnished the space so that the central area became the heart of the loft. Guests appreciated its intimate and welcoming atmosphere.
