Decisions about property are made quickly and are often driven by first impressions. Clients do not analyse layouts in centimetres or materials in isolation. They experience the space as a whole – its light, proportions, atmosphere and the way it makes them feel. I am close to an eclectic philosophy, mixing styles and working in the spirit of zero waste. My approach to home staging is directly influenced by twelve years of experience in the film industry as a location manager and scenographer. Working with film sets taught me how to quickly read spatial potential, work with emotion, light and framing, and consciously build atmosphere. Home staging is a natural continuation of this practice, translated into the real estate context.
