The villa in Lajares is a former single-family home that has been transformed into a short-term holiday rental with five guest bedrooms. Each space has been carefully adapted to suit short stays and decorated to offer both comfort and functionality.

I manage the property and all rentals comprehensively, taking care of every detail to ensure that guests feel at home during their vacation. I support clients from the moment they make a reservation until the end of their stay, and I also handle marketing and customer acquisition.

All decorative elements and furnishings have been selected to align with the house’s original character and existing decor, with every material used being natural. My focus is on harmony with nature and comfort — values enhanced by the villa’s exceptional location amidst beautiful natural surroundings.

I also prepare thoughtful surprises for guests to make their stay even more enjoyable and memorable. I aim to create a full sensory experience — through scent, taste, touch, and visuals — that stays with them long after they leave, creating lasting memories tied to this place.

Managing a house of this size, along with its surrounding garden, is no small task. I collaborate with numerous companies and professionals who help me keep the space in optimal condition — from gardeners and pool technicians to suppliers dedicated to ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction.

Holiday Apartment Interior Design Project (2025)

The project involves a comprehensive reconfiguration of the functional layout of an apartment intended for holiday rentals. The primary objective was to create a bright, spacious, and multifunctional living area that meets the expectations of modern users—both leisure guests and remote workers. 

The scope of functional changes included enlarging the living room and relocating the kitchen to the area originally designed as a bedroom. As a result, the central part of the apartment gained a new spatial quality and became the true heart of the interior—a space dedicated to relaxation, shared meals, work, and leisure activities. To maximize the living area, the second bathroom was removed, allowing for further openness and improved natural light within the living and kitchen zone.

 

The new bedroom location was designed in place of the former storage and laundry area, while maintaining full functionality and a high level of user comfort. The entire project is guided by the concept of a comfortable, flexible, and high-standard interior, attractive to holiday renters and tailored to the character of the location and the climate of Fuerteventura.

 

The proposed interior style was fully aligned with the investors’ preferences for a modern yet timeless aesthetic inspired by mid-century modern design. The project combines the style’s characteristic simplicity of form, functionality, and warmth of natural materials with contemporary solutions, resulting in a cohesive and welcoming space that encourages rest and relaxation.

Interior Styling, Rental Preparation and Professional Photoshoot – Villa Interior (2025)

The Villa Tinaya project comprised interior styling, full preparation of the property for short-term holiday rental, and the execution of a professional interior photoshoot. The primary objective was to elevate the standard of the space and create a cohesive, refined aesthetic aligned with the expectations of premium-segment clients.
 

The scope of work focused on enhancing the existing interiors with carefully selected furniture and accessories that emphasize the character of the villa and its investment potential. The project was developed to ensure the property was fully ready both for welcoming guests and for presentation in marketing materials, including a professional photoshoot.
 

Particular attention was given to the private zones. Three bedrooms were designed, each with a distinct style and atmosphere, allowing future guests to choose the space best suited to their individual preferences and expectations for relaxation. At the same time, the villa was intended to serve as a private holiday home for the owners, therefore the overall style and character of the interiors were fully aligned with their personal aesthetic preferences.
 

The project combines functionality with aesthetics, resulting in a comfortable and elegant interior that successfully fulfills a dual purpose: a private leisure retreat and an attractive, high-quality property on the rental market.

The project involved decorating the interiors of a show villa within the Costa Tinaya investment, including preparing the space for a photo shoot, delivering a professional photography session, and producing video materials for marketing purposes.


The primary objective was to create a representative showroom that clearly and attractively showcases the investment’s potential to prospective investors. The interiors were furnished with carefully selected furniture and decorative elements, highlighting the villa’s architectural qualities, the functionality of the layout, and the arrangement possibilities offered by the property.


The entire concept was designed to build a consistent Costa Tinaya brand image. The interiors were intended to inspire, help future buyers envision their lifestyle, and strengthen the appeal of the investment both in promotional materials and during direct presentations. Professional photography and video content form an integral part of the project, directly supporting the sales and marketing activities of the development.
